I ordered this part a made a mistake in my shipping address. I called the number on the website and a person responded with no waiting or going through multiple options. He corrected the address for me and was helpful with information about the part. I used this part for a different motor model (R811A) I would recommend this seller.

It takes a little more pressure on the buttons compared to the original remote for the UltraComfort chair otherwise it works well.

I would love to have someone call me. We installed the new motor. The back rest extended back & then forward 1 time. The 2 time it froze & would not go back.We also installed a new handset. Motor arm shaft seems to be stuck in position. [****]

Although it turns out I brought the wrong motor (brought back motor not base motor) it was a perfect match. That work exactly as needed. The company was very knowledgeable and kind ingesting me the right motor and shipping fast. This is anA++ team. Thank you all for your help.
My grandfather's lift chair plug got damaged while someone was vacuuming so he needed a replacement. I found the exact model number on here and it works quite well. It is a VERY snug fit where it plugs into the chair so it won't suffer from a loose connection, that's for sure. It could still be damaged the same way the first one was (by ramming a vacuum cleaner into the plug at the outlet and irreparably bending it) but it's of high quality and very securely attached. I had purchased a cheaper backup option from Amazon and returned that one when this model worked.
This worked great for 7 pin remote.
