This item is new and works like it should.
Works well, there seems to be a delay in function response. Went thru it's paces that kept going even after release of button. Returned to normal position for the night. For some reason the buttons responded as designed. Synching protocol?

We needed a spring that broke on our lift chair. Had no idea what to buy. Called in, I can't remember the name of the gentlemen that answered , but he was so helpful, found the part and ordered it for us.
