It is the exact same as the original and works perfectly fine. The shipping was very fast, which was greatly appreciated. The installation was simple and straightforward just plug and play (so to speak). Overall would order from them again.

The sales people were great and extremely helpful. The charger functions fine. What is unbelievable is the charger has a grounding pin, a 3 prong AC connector. This is ridiculous in this day and age. The charger it replaced had a standard 2 prong plug. I use the charger in my car so the scooter charges while I’m driving. Cars typically only have 2 prong outlets from the built in inverter. Of course you can get an adapter but why would that be the case. Anyway, the charger works so I just dropped 1 star.
A 3-prong charger to me is an indicator of quality from the manufacturer. A 3-prong charger is significantly safer than your original 2-prong model because the third prong provides an essential grounding connection. In the event of a power surge or electrical fault, this grounding wire safely directs excess electricity away from the charger, protecting both you from potential shocks and your device from permanent damage.
It's unfortunate car manufacturers don't have 3-prong outlets considering most Scooters and Laptops use 3-prong chargers.

Waiting for my second remote. The first one worked for about 5 months. This time was the same as the first problem with the lift chair going up but not down, but the factory remote had a wiring issue and moving the harness made the chair work. This time it was hard to figure out with replacing the remote once and having the same problem. The chair is 4 years old so it could have been the motor, controller or remote. The diagnostic video is an extremely excellent and informative tool to make sure you are not getting a part you do not need and keeping you from the cost of someone coming to your home to diagnose it. Hoping the second remote works longer.
