I wanted to recognize Damon, and anyone that may have participated or helped during the process . After searching for a replacement actuator for an Ashley Furniture recliner, I came across Mobile Mobility Services. The actuator works great and functions the same as the original (despite having a different part number). However, what stands out here is the customer service I got trying to find this actuator. Thank you so much for that! I truly felt like I was dealing with a brick and mortar shop. I hope I never have to replace another actuator but if I do, I know where to look!

Only took a few minutes to change out old one and replace with the new one.
This mobility lift chair 11 pin button remote control replacement was a life saver when my remote went out. Customer service was excellent in helping me find the correct replacement. I, definitely, will use them again. So far, I am very please with replacement.
This replaces the same equipment that broke. It seems to work fine. My recommendation would be to find some way to use a elastic band that isn't quite as fragile for the portion of the flag that is removed to fold down.

Very happy with this purchase. After nearly a year of back and forth with the furniture company we originally ordered chair this remote went with. Nice to have our recliner finally working the right way again.
9 days after receipt, the buttons quit working. Took almost 24hrs before they worked again. I called & left a detailed message Friday Night - still haven't received a call back.

I finally got my son-in-law to install this and it didn’t even work. Unfortunately it is past the return date. What a disappointment.
UPDATE : The company called me and the employee talked me through possible issues with the motor. The man on the phone helped me to fix it, and now it works fine. How sweet of them to call.
I ordered wrong part but was able to modify the one they sent me works great.
It worked great but I had to replace the remote as well!
took approximately 10 minutes to take out old part and replace with new only need pliers to remove spring clips worked perfectly
New motor has a different end on the lift tube. This New end looks like it is made of steel instead of the original end made of what I call pot metal. The old end broke and is why Iit had to be replaced.. The lift motor went in easy and worked great. Thanks
Needed a control box for a recliner. Had a hard time identifying the correct one. Found this company while looking for a new box. Found it here, price was better than most. Would recommend
