It takes a little more pressure on the buttons compared to the original remote for the UltraComfort chair otherwise it works well.

I would love to have someone call me. We installed the new motor. The back rest extended back & then forward 1 time. The 2 time it froze & would not go back.We also installed a new handset. Motor arm shaft seems to be stuck in position. [****]

My grandfather's lift chair plug got damaged while someone was vacuuming so he needed a replacement. I found the exact model number on here and it works quite well. It is a VERY snug fit where it plugs into the chair so it won't suffer from a loose connection, that's for sure. It could still be damaged the same way the first one was (by ramming a vacuum cleaner into the plug at the outlet and irreparably bending it) but it's of high quality and very securely attached. I had purchased a cheaper backup option from Amazon and returned that one when this model worked.

Was skeptical of the authenticity of the business and the part but the check-out / payment process was secure using Amazon pay and the part arrived faster than expected, the lift chair was able to be repaired even though the manufacturer told us it was discontinued and would not give us a part number, I was able to find an idea of the part through research and bought the part without issue from this seller - so grateful we were able to salvage the liftchair with the part being an exact match with the correct plug and attachment points/style
