Used this to replace a CM304 in a reclining sofa. I had to open it up to move the controller connector to a separate JST connector to make it compatible with the sofa's controls rather than a typical wand control. One thing of note: the CM304 has a Bluetooth LE module to control the sofa via an app; the CM310 does not. Good purchase; saved my sofa!

Works well, there seems to be a delay in function response. Went thru it's paces that kept going even after release of button. Returned to normal position for the night. For some reason the buttons responded as designed. Synching protocol?

I finally got my son-in-law to install this and it didn’t even work. Unfortunately it is past the return date. What a disappointment.
UPDATE : The company called me and the employee talked me through possible issues with the motor. The man on the phone helped me to fix it, and now it works fine. How sweet of them to call.
