We received an e-message to call & that tech was extremely helpful & patient as we worked the problem. The result was diagnostic need of 1 more part to make repair. Ordered, received, & fixed. The lift chair is 10 years or more old but new ones are out of the budget. My stepfather called to have fixed priced double what we paid. This site had what I needed and shipped to me and a few days and now he can use his chair.

The item does not fit, its about 2mm bigger than the original part. Also it’s plastic and the original is metal

I ordered this part a made a mistake in my shipping address. I called the number on the website and a person responded with no waiting or going through multiple options. He corrected the address for me and was helpful with information about the part. I used this part for a different motor model (R811A) I would recommend this seller.

It takes a little more pressure on the buttons compared to the original remote for the UltraComfort chair otherwise it works well.
