Product functioned exactly as it was designed. Original motor was still functioning fine. End piece is what broke and needed to be replaced. Very disappointed that manufacturer refuses to sell replacement parts that could have fixed the chair for a few bucks instead forces expenditure of $150 to fix a chair that could have been fixed with a $5 fitting.
At first when I received the part I was like - this isn't going to work it isn't what I order. When I got home my husband had the chair working
We are very happy with the new motor for our lift chair foot rest at this point! Thanks
GREAY SERVICE - GOOD COMMUNICATION - RPLACEMENT PART JUST AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN ORIFINAL - PLEASANTLY SURPRISED !!!
The replacement motor only took a few days to arrive. Looked identical to the factory original. Fit was perfect and my chair is working like new.
remote cured the short problem on chair old remote had a broken wire. nice company to do business with
My old Drive Go-Lite bariatric rollator finally bit the dust after 9 years (the wheel fell off; the brakes broke many years ago). I wanted a very similar rollator. After measuring my old rollator, I determined that the Nova Star Standard Heavy Duty Rollator would be a good replacement. What I like: 1. The Nova rollator's seat height and handlebar height are EASILY adjustable using the pins, which is a HUGE improvement over the old Drive Go-Lite's design. 2. The Nova Star folds easily and locks closed. 3. The handlebar grips with thumb rest are a good design for walking (but rough when resting your arms on the handlebars while sitting). 4. The underseat bag's design provides privacy and keeps items from falling out, unlike a basket. What I don't like and why I deducted one star: 1. No instructions were in the box! That is unacceptable for a product that requires assembly. Nova, please fix this oversight. I had to search YouTube for the Nova assembly video. 2. The frame requires some strength to push together; if you are weak, you may need someone to assemble this rollator for you. 3. The seat is not as padded or as roomy as the Drive Go-Lite. 4. Even though this rollator is rated to support 450 pounds, I don't think it will comfortably seat anyone over 250 pounds. Overall, though, I'm happy with this rollator and I hope it will last 9 years like my previous one.
My left recliner remote gradually stopped working. My research revealed that this company cells replacements. I received the replacement promptly, it was just as described, and works excellent. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend this company.
Motor fit perfect and works great. Very easy to put on chair. Thanks soooo much. My life just got easier!!
Your product was easy to install and works great.
The motor was easy to change, however, it would be good if it included new pins. But all worked out & it works just fine. Another side note: originally it broke b/c the plastic piece in the end had broken($39 replacement) leaving the screwed in part stuck in the tube. It could not be removed. (Glued in? 🤷🏻♀️) So had to purchase a new motor.
Amazing products and customer service very quick shipping
Very disappointed in it . Very hard to adjust and only adjusts to a small cup. I have an insulated cup with a straw in the lid for water. It doesn’t fit and I have not found one yet that is insulated and fits. Description not accurate very hard to adjust and very small adjustment! Love the walker though.
I love my zoom it is great quality all set up other than a few things use it a lot around the house. Need more practice shutting it and putting the hinge lock a little difficult . I need to bring it out of the house get out of my tight glass screen door and get to the car I have back problems so need to get better at closing it locking and lifting it is a little hard. The only thing I am very disappointed in is the cup holder. It is so hard to adjust and doesn’t hold a larger cup that’s isolated. I have found one to fit in it so I would give it a 1 star!
Item was quickly shipped and nicely packaged. Installation was a breeze. Couldn't be happier!
Thank you for having the part I needed. And for the fast service.

I pray you never change the way you do business
Highly recommended to all
I live in Hawaii and was really happy how fast I received the remote, exceptional customer service. The remote is the exact replacement needed and works great. Aloha and Mahalo.
Great product. Fast service. Only sad I did not get the purple one I ordered and have to make do with a red one.
I thought the instructions were a bit confusing at the first but I followed them anyway. The controls work fine as much as I have used them.
Need a motor for a chair we have. The store we bought it from went bankrupt. Had to find a motor online. Found this website. Ordered the motor. Motor was good. It was easy to install. Works just like the old motor.
The old controller broke. This one worked perfectly.
The item I ordered was an exact fit, sent as promised. Great service and trustworthy.
