My mom’s chair was stuck in what I call the eject position. It was sort of an emergency to get it fixed as soon as possible. I did speak to Golden who helped me decifer which part I needed, and lift filled it. Luckily, we didn’t need to rebuild the whole system. A few clips, zip ties and we were all set. Not hard at all to repair. Worth the effort and it is lifting up to the ‘eject’ position and down safely to the sitting and reclining spot. Win win for us all.

You need to start adding the extra wire sent to the invoice/statement so people know there are 2 parts shipped not one!!! Caused many issues and shouldn’t have bern!!!
