The manufacturer of this motor does not offer the motor end as a separate part. A complete motor must be ordered if the end is broken off. The ends for Okin and Richmat motors will not fit. Thank you

I’m following up on an email I sent two days ago. My technician was here to install the motor and unfortunately we ordered the wrong motor in advertently! What I need is the same motor with the five pen green connector. Can you please process and send me a return shipping label so I could send the wrong motor back and out of the correct motor with the five pin connector so basically I would need to get a credit on return of the wrong motor and swap out the new motor with the five pin connector. Please call me if you have any questions. Thanks in advance for your help and again I sent an email about two days ago and I have not heard from anybody and I have also left messages on the answering machine. Looked identical to original, fit good and worked properly. Time will tell about the longevity of the part.
I was so pleased with the motor, with Damon's guidance, everything worked perfectly was was pretty easy to re-install the new motor for the lift chair. Really can't thank them enough! Ann
