My old Drive Go-Lite bariatric rollator finally bit the dust after 9 years (the wheel fell off; the brakes broke many years ago). I wanted a very similar rollator. After measuring my old rollator, I determined that the Nova Star Standard Heavy Duty Rollator would be a good replacement. What I like: 1. The Nova rollator's seat height and handlebar height are EASILY adjustable using the pins, which is a HUGE improvement over the old Drive Go-Lite's design. 2. The Nova Star folds easily and locks closed. 3. The handlebar grips with thumb rest are a good design for walking (but rough when resting your arms on the handlebars while sitting). 4. The underseat bag's design provides privacy and keeps items from falling out, unlike a basket. What I don't like and why I deducted one star: 1. No instructions were in the box! That is unacceptable for a product that requires assembly. Nova, please fix this oversight. I had to search YouTube for the Nova assembly video. 2. The frame requires some strength to push together; if you are weak, you may need someone to assemble this rollator for you. 3. The seat is not as padded or as roomy as the Drive Go-Lite. 4. Even though this rollator is rated to support 450 pounds, I don't think it will comfortably seat anyone over 250 pounds. Overall, though, I'm happy with this rollator and I hope it will last 9 years like my previous one.
My left recliner remote gradually stopped working. My research revealed that this company cells replacements. I received the replacement promptly, it was just as described, and works excellent. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend this company.

The motor was easy to change, however, it would be good if it included new pins. But all worked out & it works just fine. Another side note: originally it broke b/c the plastic piece in the end had broken($39 replacement) leaving the screwed in part stuck in the tube. It could not be removed. (Glued in? 🤷🏻♀️) So had to purchase a new motor.

Very disappointed in it . Very hard to adjust and only adjusts to a small cup. I have an insulated cup with a straw in the lid for water. It doesn’t fit and I have not found one yet that is insulated and fits. Description not accurate very hard to adjust and very small adjustment! Love the walker though.
I love my zoom it is great quality all set up other than a few things use it a lot around the house. Need more practice shutting it and putting the hinge lock a little difficult . I need to bring it out of the house get out of my tight glass screen door and get to the car I have back problems so need to get better at closing it locking and lifting it is a little hard. The only thing I am very disappointed in is the cup holder. It is so hard to adjust and doesn’t hold a larger cup that’s isolated. I have found one to fit in it so I would give it a 1 star!
